Iron Men

We want to invite you to be a part of Iron men. Men stand for a lot of things these days but we are convinced that the men who stand for Jesus Christ are making a difference that really matters and will last. This ministry it is not just for a certain select group of men. It is open to all men who truly want to make their life count for God. If your goal is to be an above average Christian, husband, and dad, Iron Men is the place for you. We meet once a month for a time of building relationships and learning how to be true men of God.

Joy Fellowship

Our Joy Fellowship Women’s Ministry is for ladies of all ages. We offer several different opportunities for women to be involved.  There’s no better way to build great relationships than to spend time with each other. Come and join the ladies in fellowship and study God’s Word, monthly meeting or some other activity.

Children's Ministry

Word Warriors

Children's Church is a ministry for children ages 3 thru 11. Children's church is held every Sunday morning during worship service. The desire of our hearts is to teach children about Jesus at a very early and influential age. As leaders, we want to be honest about the trials and temptations the children will face each day. We want to encourage them and let them know there is a place of refuge, and that we are people they can rely on to love them and pray with.

Royal Rangers

Royal Rangers ministry has been developed to train the whole boy from ages 4-11. Weekly meetings are filled with activities, camaraderie, and spiritual challenge that boys need. The boys will learn how to say no to drugs, gangs, and peer pressure, and how to make good choices. So come enjoy the exciting weekly meeting at the Outpost cabin on the church campus.

Missionettes

Missionettes is a weekly program that is fun and exciting for girls of 4-11. The missionettes motto is "I will be kind and thoughtful." The number one purpose of our Missionettes department is "Winning girls to Jesus Christ through love and acceptance."

Singles Alive

Singles Alive is a ministry of the church designed to help meet the specific needs of single adults. This ministry provides times of fellowship and fun, but more importantly, it brings singles together so they can grow in the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ. We meet once a month for a great time of fellowship and activities.

Community Ministries

Every Tuesday, members of our church hold an outreach service at Brookewood and Sevier Healthcare Nursing Centers. These services are steered towards reaching the senior citizens of our community and ministering to those in need.

An Open Door

Read Acts 14:1 through 16:40

Paul…having been kept by the Holy Spirit from preaching the word in the province of Asia…. the Spirit of Jesus would not allow them to…. During the night Paul had a vision of a man of Macedonia standing and begging him, “Come over to Macedonia and help us” (Acts 16:6,7,9).

Twice God forbade Paul and his missionary party to go north into Asia, but directed them to Macedonia on the mainland of Greece. This caused the gospel to be spread in Europe instead of Asia. Because the gospel was planted in Europe it came to America on the Mayflower.

Because God directed Paul to Troas, hundreds of years later the United States of America was founded as a Christian nation and has been used of God to send missionaries all over the world. These few verses in Acts should cause tears of thankfulness and joy as we humbly realize, God in His sovereign grace sent Paul to Europe. What a challenge for Christians to take the gospel to those who have not received it!

Challenge for Today: When you are actively seeking the Lord’s will and He closes doors, watch for Him to open another door instead.
